About Flour Whitener

Flour Whitener is mainly used in whitening of wheat or corn powder. This product is white in color and loose powder made by edible class benzoyl peroxide and the edible starch. It work by releasing oxygen from benzoyl peroxide that can make the carotene present in the flour and conjugated double bonds to fade the yellow pigment therefore to rise up the whiteness of flour.
